Infants

Our infant classrooms are warm and inviting, fostering an environment of safety, comfort, and security in classrooms filled with nurturing teachers and new friends. The classrooms contain items that are familiar to each child, including family photographs and preferred, special objects/toys. Toys within the infant rooms are developmentally appropriate, provoking curiosity and intrigue. The toys and objects can be used in a variety of developmental early play opportunities. Classrooms have a variety of gross motor activities for young children to practice climbing, standing, and beginning to walk.

The teachers in the infant classrooms follow a daily schedule that includes snack time, naptime, story time, playtime, and daily walks. The teachers follow the Creative Curriculum for infants and toddlers that builds on natural curiosity within daily routines.
